Cancellation Policy

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy • Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. • Late Cancellations: Less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. • No-Shows: No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. • Tardiness: Please notify me if you’re running late. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and treated as a no-show. If possible, I’ll always try to accommodate you. • Courtesy: True emergencies happen and will be handled with courtesy when appropriate. • No Children: Please do not bring children, as the studio contains tools and equipment that could cause injury. A valid credit card is required to book. 💳 Payment Policy Cash or Zelle is preferred. All credit or debit card payments will incur a 3.5% processing fee. By booking, you agree to this policy.
